You can reach Kermanshah by Airplane, Bus or Taxi as we have explained bellow. Please consider that Iran is very beautiful during spring and you will enjoy the beautiful nature during your travel to Kermanshah.

A) Airplane

Delegates willing to arrive at Kermanshah with airplane can either fly to Kermanshah directly or fly to Tehran and then from Tehran to Kermanshah.

Direct Flights to Kermanshah:

There are flights operated by Turkish Airlines form 240 International destinations to Kermanshah International Airport which arrive at Kermanshah 3:35am on Sat, Mon, Wed and Thursday of each week.

There is also International flights scheduled form UAE, KSA and Iraq to Kermanshah International Airport.

Indirect Flights via Tehran:

International delegates willing to use other airlines and can fly from their own city to Tehran (the Capital of Iran) and from there to Kermanshah. There are many airlines operating fights to Tehran such as Alitalia, Atlasjet, Austrian Airlines, China Southern Airlines, Emirates, Germania, Lufthansa, Qatar Airways, Turkish Airlines and many others.

Iranian airlines also operate flights to various destinations from Tehran. Three of them are:

Please consider that we have 2 international airport in Tehran, Mehrabad International Airport (MIA) and Imam Khomeini International Airport (IKIA). Most of the international flights operate in IKIA while on the other hand most domestic flights operate in MIA.

For our registered delegates, we have arranged a guide to transfer them from IKIA to MIA free of charge two days before the symposium and during the first days of symposium upon request (you have to make your request at least 2 weeks before the symposium).

For registered delegates and their accompanying persons the organizing committee can arrange and book their domestic fight from Tehran to Kermanshah upon request (If you need this service please contact us at least one month before the symposium).

For our International delegates, transfer from Kermanshah International Airport to Parsian Hotel (conference venue) is available free of charge.

Although we do not recommend any specific airline, we mention that Emirates, Qatar Airways and Turkish Airlines have more than one flight daily to Tehran

 

Domestic Flights: There are daily 5-9 fights from other major towns to Kermanshah. Various national companies operate flights from Tehran to Kermanshah.

Please consider that you can also enter Iran by other towns such as Shiraz, Mashhad, Tabriz and Isfahan.

 

 

B) Bus:

There are various bus services with different prices and companies operating from 2 major Terminals in Tehran. The price varies from 8-10 Euros (More Information will be available a month before the symposium). Travel time with buses is about 7-8 hours depending on traffic and time of the day. We can also arrange your bus ticket and transfer upon request for registered delegates.

 

 

C) Taxi:

There is a Taxi company providing services from Tehran to Kermanshah with the price of 100 Euros per car. The cars are equipped with AC. The Distance from Tehran to Kermanshah is about 550Km. Travel time with Taxi is about 6-7 hours depending on traffic and time of the day. We can also arrange your taxi service and transfer upon request for registered delegates.
